Cato sleeps most of the day. More the the regulation 16 hours. Most nights he wants in at 9 pm, climbs in bed next to me and sleeps until 5 am. He gets up and eats and then sleeps again. This is a very deep sleep. I have to shake him to wake him. He snores loudly. I have thought of taking him in for a sleep study to find out if he has apnea, but my insurance won't cover it. I have talked with my doctor about a positive air flow mask to solve the snoring. Apparently there is a size to fit him. I wonder if the sound of the machine would keep me awake as much as the snoring. This is National Sleep Awareness Week -- Sweet Dreams!
